This is Fire Island, you should be prepared to see some things. Be mindful of oil based lubes - it's the gift that keeps on giving. Use a towel.

Try to keep your things together and tidy in your bedroom and out of common spaces. Hang your wet towels, etc. Just be mindful and courteous.

Leave your kitty at home, but on a case-by-case basis, we are open to small/medium dogs. We have a toy Aussie Shepherd, so if you are allergic to dogs, gurl bye.

Keep that sh*t clean, it's a team effort, so help out with cleaning. Never leave anything dirty in the sink, unless it's soaking. Use the dishwasher.

We love music and we love our neighbors - so try to be mindful of noise and volume. Also, remember Sonos has "zones" for a reason, try not to group or take over someone’s room with your music.

No more than (2) people per room. Rates are based on double occupancy of the rooms.

These are included in rates, but holy sh*t it could add up, so make sure to turn things off when you are not there or not using(turning AC off, lights, etc).

Do your best to keep track of your beach/pool towel. We prefer not to be chained to the washing machine from having to clean towels that were barely used.

Keep your bedroom and common space screen doors closed. This little guy flew in our room and shit all over—it wasn’t fun.

When no one is home, please lock all doors. Use the key code that was provided at check-in to get in. There are break-ins on the island and we don't want your dildo, or whatever, to go missing.
